Feature Package question
Edited by _Tom_ on Jan 5, 2012 at 11:39:26 AM

I purchased the $9.99 1000 message feature package. It is my understanding that unused messages expire if the package is not renewed within 30 days. Can I switch to the $4.99 for 200 messages feature package and have the unused messages rollover? Thanks.

My boyfriend does it all the time, 200 isn't always enough so he usually gets the 1000 texts then switches to the 200 texts for a few months.  This way, the extra from the 1000 rolls over and it lasts longer.

Yes, as long as you purchase the 200 messages package before the 1000 messages package expires.
