FamilyMap Account Suspended


FamilyMap Account Suspended

I had FamilyMap in 2010, but cancelled it in January of 2011.  I reinstated it December 17, and am to be billed for it from that date, but have not been able to get into it.  Even though it shows as being allowed for my phone, when I try to access it, it says the FamilyMap has been suspended.  How do I get it to be unsuspended?  I really need to use it.
