I am just wanting to get into my online account. It says my 2 security questions are incorrect. The answers are correct, has my account been hacked?
Every time I TRY to do anything online regarding my phone it takes half an hour of my time to do what should be able to have done in 5.
When I call I get RUDE customer service people that treat me like I don't know anything. I can't go to the local AT&T store because "they are franchised" and don't deal with Go Phone.
I am seriously thinking of dropping service and NEVER coming back to AT&T. I'll go to Straight Talk or Verizon.
I have far more valuab;le things to do than to fight with your website and your so called customer service. My money works just as well elsewhere.
