Driver IRQL Not Less or Equal - Blue Screen - Sierra 875U card

I kept getting these and then they became quite frequent.
I just bought a refurb IBM thinkpad T42P running XP.

I have installed very little software and then the Sierra 875U (USB) card.

A service store thought it was the HD - although I ran the diagnostics and did not find any issue with this component.
I have also ran the PC - stressing it while on the wired network and it does not crash.
This leads to a high probability it is an interrupt level conflice with this USB device.

I have tried to disable the non-wireless network adapters and modems.
I have tried updating ATT Communication manager.

I tried to change the IRQ level for the 875U / adapter or anything with Sierra but cannot find the IRQ level for this.
The closest thing is the IRQ for the USB component.

I am lost and not sure what to do.
Please advise

You problem is likely caused by the 875U device driver software. Try uninstalling at&t or Cingular Communication Manager, reboot then install Sierra Wireless's 3G Watcher instead. After the software is installed, then plug in your 875U.
