When I dial 611 from my LG Thrive, a preloaded application, At&T MobileCare opens. A progress bar showing authentication appears on the screen but never completes. This can last several minutes and then a voice advises to follow the on screen directions. There are none. Eventually it connects to 611. If I open the application directly it does exactly the same, which again can take several minutes to be connected to 611. I have other phones in my family and upon dialing 611 it immediately connects. Any suggestions or similar experiences?
