I have an LG Thrive. I am using the go-phone prepaid unlimited everything plan. But my phone for some reason will not send picture messages. The plan includes unlimited data, so I am very confused about this issue! how can I fix it?

Have you ever been able to send picture messages on this phone or is this something new?

When I first got it I could send picture mail all the time. After the first two months it started going off and on. Now, its a consistent no.

It sounds like we need to do some troubleshooting. 

 

If you will please send me a private message with your name, contact phone number and the best time to call; I will ask a member of my team to give you a call. 




To send a private message, you can either click on the link in this message or click on the little blue envelope in the upper right hand corner, click "compose new message" and type my username in the "Send To" field.
