probably never, no other carrier offers roll over for voice let alone data, and verizon just admitted that they will go to tiered plans for data as of 07/07 - and their prices are higher then att

"no other carrier offers roll over for voice let alone data"?

Then it is a brilliant opportunity for AT&T to offer "rollover data/bytes" to be more competive than the other carriers.

Well, currently AT&T doesn't want you to use the data you have paid for, ie. "throttling data user's".

So, why do you think they would let you rollover any unused data??????
