I cannot access the Customer Support Email link. It will always tell me I am timed out due to inactivity. Does anyone know the email addy so i can do it manually?
AT&T really needs to step up their game.
If you get that message, try clearing out your browser's cookies (or if your browser gives this level of control, all the *.att.com cookies). Then try going to the email link again and logging in.
