Could AT&T unlock my iPhone4 bought at a full price?

Dear Sir,

Pls. take consideration.

I need to use my iPhone4 out of U.S.

I cannot accept that ATT locked my iPhone4 without a contract. I bought it in last Sep. at a full price.

AT&T CEO Ralph de la Vega, saying  in  D9 conference 3rd Jun,  that the phone at full price,  and it would be unlocked.

May I confirm with you these? pls. unlock my iPhone4.

Best Regards,

Peng Zhihua.

No such statement was made.

AT&T does not unlock iPhones for anyone for any reason.

If at any point that changes, a press release will be made and posted.

It will be all over the news, you will not need to come ask the same question that thousands of others have asked because they could not be bothered to read the sticky at the top of this forum.

Apple has just started selling unlocked iPhones at a price higher than the no contract price. So far, there has been no change in the policy that AT&T and Apple will not unlock US phones sold as locked.
