Charged DT minutes when talking with AT&T U-verse

When AT&T U-verse support has to call me back on my AT&T wireless phone because u-verse support needs to reboot my system (home phone on voip) why am I charged DT minutes. I've called AT&T wireless and they have reversed the charges. There must be a better way to do this without me having to call AT&T wireless every time. With AT&T U-verse on a windows based system reboot is always AT&T U-verse's  answer to all problems.

Because thats just the way it is. There's no explanation for it. I'm sure they are aware of it, but until it's changed I would continue to contact AT&T Wireless to get the minutes reversed.
