Cannot login to site

I haven been trying to login to AT&T for one week. Today I called a customer representative. We change my password SIX times and I am still not able to login. I have tried using Safari and Foxfire. I cannot check my billing statement. I have read several posts in this forum who have had this problem for months. AT&T please do something about this. I am going back to you mailing me a monthly statement in order not to have to login to your site.

I'm sorry you're have a problem logging on to to view your wireless acccount. 


What happens when you try to logon? Do you get an error message?


As of May 1st, I am no longer serving as the Community Manager for AT&T. This account will no longer be able to accept private messages.
