Cannot access my account or link my wireless to account to access billing

I was assigned a new account number after I added another family member to my plan.  I had to reregister my account but it still will not link my account and even customer service says "they are having technical difficulty"...Is it just me or is there a system problem - all day long?

Were you able to get your account access straightened out or are you still having a problem?
