Currently on the phone with ATT operator "Kelly". She is very pleasant to work with. However ....
I cancelled international services in January. And they did not show up on Feb bill as expected ... all good ?. They were automatically reactivated in March! and I have been billed every month since! They are now re-imbursring me $70+ for services that were cancelled 5 months ago. I have also found other charges that I am disputing...
From now on I have to very careful in reviewing our AT&T bill, I cannot trust it was accuate and pay it before.
I just saved $100 in unfair charges by reviewing my bill.
