Can't refill due to login "failure"


Can't refill due to login "failure"

I am able to login to my account and see my account history. I am able to change my password, enable auto renew, etc, but I cannot use the refil using debit, credit, or prepaid card link. It takes me to a page that says my login information cannot be processed.


I have the right password and am alreday logged in in the first place. Is this a website error or is there something wrong with my accout?


I have called numerous numbers about this, but I cannot get a single human being to speak with me so I can ask them about it.


Help, please. :/

The same issue happened to me! The same pain and frustration, then my balance expired!!!
