Can't connect to AT&T Network

Can't connect to AT&T Network

Just got my Blackberry Torch 9810 and I can't connect to AT&T's Network!  I get an error saying that there is insufficent network coverage and yet when my girlfriend tries on her Pantech Impact, sitting right next to me, she has no problem.  I'm able to make and receive calls and I have 3 bars showing in the signal strength indicator.  Any ideas what my problem might be?
