Can't Receive Emails on 3G after Captivate Gingerbread Update

Updated to Gingerbread on my Samsung Captivate and now I can't receive emails on one of my email accounts when on 3G. I get a message saying "Unable to Connect to Server". When I switch wifi back on the emails come though fine.

 

I have a second email account set up that is working properly on 3G and wifi.
