CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE "SERVICE"

I have been on here for the past 3 hours trying to find some sort of help or support and haven't received ANYTHING yet. I've sent so many private messages and posted so many messages trying to get some sort of help and still haven't received it. I don't know if its because I don't have a 2 year contract or what. I've been trying to get an answer to ONE simple question and can't even get that!
