Is any one having trouble when you log into family map with a blue screen? I can not get the map, I have contacted AT&t and they said they refreshed it. But it still does not work, went to a blue screen about July 23,2011.
I'm having the same problem ... the problem seemed to start around September 1st, 2011. I have two computers in our office ... one has the problem and the other seems to work fine. On the problem computer, the locate function seems to be working (because you can see the information associated with the locate on the history tab) but the map just doesn't display.
It appears that I found my problem ... the InPrivate Filtering Settings (under Tools) was set to "Automatically Block" which was what was apparently causing my problem. I turned it "off" and the map now seems to display without issue.
