Blackberry torch

When getting my service for two lines with two blackberry torch I had no idea that I would have so much trouble with them. I have my account and phones now for 8 months, once Att changed one of them because it had problems, but still we have all kind of problems.  Now they are offering me to get a new phone and I will loose the amount we paid for the two blackberry torch phones. We have in total 3 lines and I demand from Att to exchange the two blackberies for a decent phone. Always when I want to use it the battery it is so low. We already changed the battery in one of the att stores.   Besides if I want to end the contract I have to pay 114 dollars.   Can someone from Att help me?????
