Billing Cycle

Today I received two bills from you for $6.62.  The first one said I was "late" with my payment and the other I'm assuming is the original bill.  I find your customer service and your ethical conduct appalling.  I've written to the FCC and the BBB.  You've lost a customer for life.

I don't understand. did you pay your bills in full? what did customer service do to cause you to file a report.
