Bill past due

I made a payment arrangement and I thought they were drafting it Out of my bank account. A day later and I see nothing posted to my bank account. I called AT&T and I could not understand the representative. So do I go online and pay the bill myself or do I wait it out and see if it comes out of my bank account?

Check your balance, if you still have a past due balance and the amount agreed upon has not been paid, it was just an agreement to pay not a scheduled payment. When you make a payment to att the amount will reflect on your account even if the funds haven't been deducted from your bank account.
