Bad billing policy

Now that we have all these forums, can any one tell me how to find the AT&T mailing address.  I have called at least 3-4 times since signing up for a bundle, which includes U-Verse.  My bill have gone from $214.00 per month which I agreed to at a physcial AT&T location close to my home.  I have NEVER seen the $214.00 bill.  I call and complain, and it moves down.  The 2 months later it is back up.  Now, again, back to $280.  I am not using that much data.  PLEASE someone help me.  Needless to say, when my contract expires I will run....and not collect 200 dollars.
