Dear AT&T,

I've tried to contact you several times with no luck. I requested that
my accout be cancelled on 16 Jan. I've called and paid my last bill
and requested that my account be turned off.[Per Guidelines:  Keep it Relevant and Appropriate]. PLEASE HELP!!!! I am in Germany and various African countries helping people.

I'm sorry you're having billing issues. Will you please tell me a little more about what's happening since you attempted to cancel your service?

 

Is there anyone stateside who is authorized to make changes on your account who we can speak with?
