Another disappointed iPad user

I under the change in the plan and how I can manage the cost buy closing the account a day before the next month. For me, it was much more attractive to have the 'pay as you go' plan. An option for more data at higher cost would be more attractive than the plans now being offered. Why not have one option that is still in the prior format?

Not sure what your question is here, however, there is a 2GB data plan available for those that need more than the lower 250MB data plan. Also, you do have the option to add more data at any point that your account is running low. There was an unlimited data plan for the iPad at one point, but that plan is unfortunately gone for good. ;(
