Access sd card in Samsung Captivate

I inadvertently saved an email attachment to the sd card of my Captivate. How can I access that message to delete it? Do I need an app, or do I need to connect it to my pc? I'm still learning some of the android quirks.

Thanks...Joe

Captivate comes with a file explorer app called 'My Files'. Open it open and file your attachment files.

Thank you foxbat121. I wasn't aware (obviously) of that app. It was just what I needed. Thanks again for your quick reply
