AT&T cannot find my data plan account


AT&T cannot find my data plan account

My problem is I need to cancel my automatic data plan monthly renewal.  I have called numerous times, but cust service keeps telling me they don't show my checking acct being debited for 14.99 each month.  It is being debited from my acct.  Can anyone help?

check with your bank to ensure these payments were sent.
