AT&T MIFI Wireless Connection Issue

I use MIFI connection for email sending/receiving as well as web connection.  After 13 months of good connections, on April 24th, it ceased.  I could still access the web and webmail, but no longer connect throuth 'Outlook" for sending or receiving.   after many hours online with tech support, the issue is still not resolved one month later.  Anyone with answers?
