I've tried deleting the app, restarting, reinstalling, restarting, logging back in...
I get "There has been an error"
every single time. None of the steps mentioned on this forum seem to work. Beyond that the new iPhone update seems to be ok. Of course I needed the family map last night to locate a kid and it didn't work...

Mine is dead too after the iPhone 4.2 update...spent an hour on the phine with tech support to no avail...finally got someone from the tech side that said the app won't work with the update, expect a fix in 1-2 weeks. Lovely!

The worst part is that I have been on the phone with support twice and the first time they just told me that it was all set and i just had to reset my password. That was bull.
The second time I was on the phone for over 1/2 hour and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Finally I got disconnected. I can't call them back without going through a long wait time and I wouldn't get the same person. Wouldn't you think they would have called me back? Nope! They certainly had my phone number.
Now I find out that the App doesn't work. Why didn't anyone tell me?
Can't wait for Verizon or someone else to put out competing software product.
