Ive been trying to set up an account on the family map service and am very frustrated by the consistent error messages that I've been receiving nd the lack of support and knowledge at the AT&T& help desk. I have an iPhone and iPad both on the AT&T& network (for now) and I can't get the Family Map service to recognize my Account Information. I tried through the web irect,y snd was then told by the Hlp Desk that I needed to download the app on my iPhone and to set up the Family Map feature that way. The app is also giving me an error message that it is unable to locate my account information and to try again later, when I am attempting to set up my ne family map account. What di I do?
