AT&T F160 Defective Model


AT&T F160 Defective Model

Recently "upgraded" to an AT&T F160 cell phone. The screen cracked DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, but the AT&T stores will not fix it because they say that "only" happens from misuse.  The truth is, that it happens because the screen is cheap and fragile.

What can I do to get AT&T to honor their warranty?
