3G Microcell Activation error 103 problem solved!

I recevied probably 100 text messages of activation failed when tying to get my 3G Microcell to work.  It turns out that ATT had the wrong latitude and longitude coordiantes in their database for my address.  If you are experiencing simialr problems check with ATT the Lat Lon for your address and go to a reliable web site and check their lat lon against your address.  Alternately, enter a address that has lat lon near your address.

The larger problem, as I understand it, is finding someone inside AT&T who can fix this for you.

 

Fortunately, I live in well-mapped suburbia, but there are lots of stories here about people being told that there's no way to fix this problem.

 

Does AT&T finally - after over a year - have a procedure for correcting geolocation database errors?
