3G MicroCell Activation Pending

Hi,

     I hope someone can help me. I have talked with 3G MicroCell Support several times. I have had a tech out to my home. I have rebooted, reset and practically begged this thing to work. I tried priority wiring and that didn't work either.  I have three strong  "power", "internet", and "GPS"' lights. But I am still getting a blinking 3G light on my MicroCell. When I check online it says "activation pending". What else can I do? Could it be my AT&T Modem? Please advise.
