The Windows 10 update is definitely a great update, I would be glad to help you with your concern!
Upon further research, it appears the Lumia 635’s current software version is 8.1 and Windows 10 is not available for it at this time. However, we are working with Nokia to push out the latest update as soon as possible!
Once it becomes available, you will be able to update automatically from within your device’s settings. The path is All Settings > About > More Info > Software Version > Phone Update > Check for Updates.
@GLIMMERMAN76 Actually it's a Nokia phone, just a "minor" detail; yes Microsoft bought that devices of Nokia. I don't think working with Nokia is the correct path; working with Microsoft is what AT&T would be doing, IF they were doing it. @ATTCares I am doubtful AT&T is working with anyone to get this model updated to Windows 10 Mobile.
@boots347 The first thing you are "supposed" to do is get the Windows 10 Upgrade Advisor app...but since you have an AT&T phone... you're at their mercy. The Lumia 635 IS supported by Windows 10 Mobile. best bet is to join the Windows Insider Program to get it. I can tell you that it was a very nice upgrade for the Lumia 640.
