I need an unlocked AT&T phone to use on H20 wireless. If I purchase this phone,
AT&T-Microsoft-Lumia-640-Black--No-Contract
will it be possible to get it unlocked?

It is better to get an unlocked version. It may cost a few dollars more, but it will be worth it instead of going through the hassle of unlocking.
With phones that have never been used on the AT&T network, there is a real hassle trying to get them unlocked as the IMEI is not recognized by the system.
It is unlockable, but it may be worth the few dollars more to not have to go through the hassle.

I do not understand why complicate my life I resibido one message notifying me delivering my unlocking code but the code I do not see, if I can help it would be grateful.
Congratulations! Here are your unlock instructions:
Ten unsuccessful unlock attempts permanently locks the device to the AT&T network.
1. Switch the device off.
2. Remove the AT&T SIM card.
3. Insert a non-AT&T SIM card.
4. Switch the device on. If prompted, enter the SIM PIN code.
5. Wait for the SIM unlock window to open.
6. Enter the unlock code provided (8 or 20 digits) and press Enter.
7. Power the device off.
8. Power the device on. The device is unlocked.

Do you still have the original email confirmation code? You can check online through unlock portal for status and code.
