connection

i lost internet and my microcell wont reconnect i have un plugged it and also reset it with no luck

Let's look into that for you, @ranfan!

 

First, troubleshoot your AT&T MicroCell by following these steps:

  • Move the MicroCell to a new location to make sure it’s getting the best signal.
  • Restart the MicroCell and make sure the lights are solid green.

For more troubleshooting tips, visit our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool. If your MicroCell isn't listed, select the brand Cisco, and then your MicroCell device.
