Windows phone please help me
Att had me factory reset my phone with the rest protector on it now it asking me for the recovery key .i put it in and it does nothing. I had tried everything that Microsoft community has told me but nothing is working can anyone help me

@pgrey is our resident windows expert. I'm limited to android with a little Apple on the side.

Have you figured this out?
I can ask a couple questions to help this along, but not guaranted I can help...What model windows mobile device is this? Also are you stuck at the BitLocker Recovery screen or the Reset Protection screen?

What did the Microsoft Community have you do? Go ahead and tell us which version of Windows 10 Mobile/Windows Phone that you have. But here are the steps
Log into your Microsoft account
https://account.microsoft.com/
Scroll down and under devices you should see your phone listed
Select the Device
Next select the link Get Reset Recovery Key
