Windows Mobile 10

Question

I call customer support to inquire about when the Windows Mobile 10 update will be pushed out to my Lumia 830. After trying to explain what the update was and sitting on hold for a little while I was told to restart my phone and I would receive the update, which did not happen. I would just like to know some idea how when I will receive this update.

As far as I know. Microsoft hasn't even released it yet for a lot of these older phones. Until they release it to the carriers, there is no estimate. Even when they release it AT&T gives no date of release. It can be a week, it can be 3 months.
