Loss of ablity to pair Lumia 640

In the last couple weeks, I have  unable to pair my Lumia 640 with my Microsoft Band 2, and my car phone system. The phone shows that Blue Tooth is on, and is paired with my hearing aids, but not with the band or the car phone system.

In addition, I am unable to delete my band from the Lumia when accessing the blutooth feature. If I choose delete, nothing happens.

Hi @Chickootz,

Bluetooth is definitely a great feature to keep your devices connected to another one, I would be glad to share some insight on the compatibility of these devices!

You mentioned you have a Lumia 640. Most devices have a limit to how many devices can be connected to Bluetooth at once.  I recommend to make sure your software is up to date.  Having the latest version is the best way to ensure your device is running at it’s best.  We have a great Device Support tool which provides a personalized guide.  By selecting the make and model of your device, a page with step by step instructions will be created.

A simple reset of the connection is another great way to correct this issue. You can do this by Forgetting the Device which is under the settings when you try to connect to it.

I hope this works out for you! Have a great rest of your day!
