Thank you for reaching out to us on the Community Forums! I would be more than happy to help with this.
In order to get your phone data transferred over to the memory card, we have a great resource called the Device Support page. You can use this to see what steps are necessary to get this information transferred over. Once here, you will need to select the correct make and model of your phone, and then select Tutorials > Music, Photos & Video > Transfer Media to & from Computer.
