Greetings @pk1234,
Thanks for joining the Community Forums and bringing this question to us. It’s always neat to investigate new equipment! The included RAM on the phone is spectacular! I can certainly understand the interest in the device
In my research, I found this handy article from Microsoft. It discusses the unlocked status of the device. This means it will be compatible with a carrier of your choosing. However to ensure proper performance with our network, I would recommend checking your device compatibility.
Based on the specifications I found for the phone it operates on these LTE bands: 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 7 / 12 / 17 / 20 / 29 / 30. We have a great resource available online which will walk you through the bands AT&T utilizes.
Feel free to reach back out if you have any further questions. Hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.
