Does Nokia Lumina 520 support wifi calling?

Does Nokia Lumina 520 support wifi calling?  I have a mcell (white one) that AT&T no longer support.  The mcell went bad and my Note 3 does not support wifi calling.  Also, I am less than 5 miles from a tower, because of the hills, I have NO phone service at home unless I climb a tree (yes, Green Acres and Ava Gabor comes to mind here).  I also have a Nokia Lumina 520 for a backup, but it needs a battery.  I did not want to spend the money on a battery right now until I knew for sure it would support wifi calling.
