AT&T UNLOCK PORTAL SAYS IMEI NOT FOUND WON'T ALLOW ME TO SUBMIT REQUEST

Even though I am using lumia 1020, I can not find imei on AT&T site

What should I do?

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Community Forums! I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble with the device unlock portal. I understand how important it is to be able to unlock your device; I can help you with this!

 

You can obtain your IMEI number by dialing *#06# onto the dial pad. Another method would be going into Settings > About > More Info. Once you have this number, visit our Device Unlock Portal. Click “Unlock your device” and you can then fill out the unlock form. Make sure to check the device unlock eligibility requirements on this page, to ensure your device is eligible.
