950 XL - Device Locked and will not restart
My device 950 XL, has a message:
"This device has been locked for security reasons. Connect your device to a power source for at least two hours, and then restart it to try again"
I keep entering my secuirty code and I keep getting the above message. My phone is charged a 100%. I have retarted it several times. What should I do next?

since ATT did not sell you the phone you need to call microsoft. Its a unlocked phone so ATT will only help with network issues.

I just figured it out. If your phone is giving you this error. Lock your phone and create the 6 digit code. Once locked you will be able to sign in with the 6 digit code and unlock your phone.
