i have 1 order in process 12/05/2016 , not unlock code, i help is urgent.

Hello, I recently Bought two Lumia 640s and requested an unlock code two days ago, but it's getting late and I really need to start using these phones. What do I do? When I go to "check unlock status" page it says that request with that IME number doesn't exist, but I did request it and even confirmed via email... is it just me or does this happen a lot? I mean it should require two days to get the code but it has not arrived, is it a common thing?

Please send us a private message with your full name and phone number along with the IMEI number of the phone you requested for unlock and the unlock request number. We can look into this matter further for you and have it resolved as soon as possible.

Bought a Nokia 635 AT&T from eBay and still on contract and the unlock is not possible or else is out of contract pls I need help .seller don't know anything about the phone

After the aproval of my unlocking request for Lumia 640 on the site of AT&T I waited 15 days, but did not get the code. What can be done about it?

Dear Tim,

 

I already have sent several private messages, contacted the custumer service, opened a case (***) and still no effect.

 

Instead of the codes, I got an e-mail about the sim cards for iPads.

There must have been some kind of a mixup.

 

I still have the hope, that I'd get the unlock codes any time soon.

I am trying to unlock an AT&T Lumia 640, unfortunatly thr IMEI is not on AT&T network, the phone was never used on AT&T, any ideas on how to unlock it?

Typically all unlocks are submitted through our Device Unlock portal. Since you’re getting an error code we’ll be more than happy to review your account and discuss any and all possible alternatives available with you.
