Microsoft Lumia 640 XL - Windows 10?

I went to my local Microsoft store in Hawaii and was excited about the 640 XL Windows 10. Little did I know that when I purchased my phone directly from AT&T that it was shipped with 8.1. I went back to the store to see if I could have them upgrade my OS to Windows 10 and they said no I need to contact AT&T.

Can you push Windows 10 for my Lumia 640 XL?
