Trying to add a new device to my existing account

I am trying to add 2 Samsung Smart watches to my account online. I have had 3 orders canceled in 3 days, when the orders were canceled i received emails from AT&T stating they could not verify my identity? after placing the second order i went into a AT&T store and had them verify m ID my order number and it was still canceled... am i missing something or a step?... HELP!

We'd love to help with this. For assistance with orders, please call 866.267.4510. They're available from 8am to midnight ET Monday through Friday and from 8am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday.
