S3 gear Numbersync does not appear

Certified like new s3 ordered from AT&T arrived today. I have followed the directions to try to activate Numbersync, but that option does not appear under "Connections". I have tried cycling power, factory reset, and update but it is still not showing up. I am connecting to an iPhone SE, but that should not matter at this stage because the option is not there to select.

Congratulations on getting a Samsung S3 watch. It’s such a great accessory to have for your device. It would be an absolute joy being able to assist in resolving this matter! Smiley Happy

After some further research into this for you, I was able to find an app on the App Store which may help. It’s called the Samsung Gear S; because it’s not an official AT&T App, I cannot guarantee it will work with your device. However this would be the next best shot at getting NumberSync setup for your iPhone SE.

One other item to keep in mind, because the two devices are manufactured by separate companies, compatibility can become an issue. I was able to find a list of iOS devices which support NumberSync, along with a list of compatible secondary devices. I do apologize for any inconvenience; however, a Samsung S3 was not on the list for compatible devices with the iPhone SE.
