I have a gear S2 classic and the Numbersync does not even come up as an option.

I've had this issue for a while and have no idea how to fix it.

Thank you for joining us in the Community Forums this morning! The Gear S2 classic is such an awesome accessory. I can definitely understand your wish to get this up and running via NumberSync. Let’s get started on some resolutions!

To access NumberSync initially in the watch, you can always:

Press the Power button.
Rotate the bezel and tap the Settings icon.
Scroll to, then tap Connections.
Scroll to, then tap NumberSync.
Tap Set up.
Tap the Checkmark.
Your watch will display “Check your phone”.
From your smartphone, enter your AT&T User ID and password, then tap Login.
You will receive a 5-digit NumberSync code on the watch.
Enter the 5-digit NumberSync sync code from the watch, tap the ‘I accept the Terms & Conditions’ checkbox, then tap Sync.
NumberSync is ready for use. To turn NumberSync off and on, tap the ON/OFF switch.

If you are still not able to connect, I always recommend removing the Sync app from the phone, and resetting the watch. Once you do both, start from the beginning using this handy guide here. Remember to always login using your Access ID, which is associated to your phone. If you need assistance setting this up, please click here.
