I can not accept terms & conditions error

I get an error every time i try to accept the terms and conditions for an Apple Watch 4 i just ordered.

TW0017: We’re having some trouble finding your order. Be sure to enter a wireless number from your recent order, and try again.

Call customer service today and they did not know how to help me. They did not find anything. They said wait until the day of delivery if they do not arrive, call them again, they have already scheduled the day of delivery but they say they do not accept the terms. What order should I do?
