How do I get the IMEI cleared for my Samsung Gear S2 that I purchased on Amazon.
I purchased a Samsung Gear S2 on Amazon, and now the SIM card gives me an error "MM2". I tried to get it unlocked via att.com/deviceunlock, but rcvd the message that "The account owner info you entered doesn't match our records.". I would like this unlocked so I can use it on my Cricket plan - which is run over the AT&T network.

Thank you for reaching out. From the message you received through the unlock portal, it sounds like the Gear S2 didn't use AT&T as the carrier last. You'll need to reach out to who you purchased it from for assistance in unlocking the device.
